At Garvit Sales, we value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience. Please go through our cancellation, return, and refund policy to understand how we handle orders.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it is dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.
  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

Orders may be cancelled by Garvit Sales if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details are provided.
  • Product specifications are mismatched or incorrect.
  • The delivery location falls under a non-serviceable zone.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious information is detected.
  • The product is out of stock with our vendors.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets the following conditions:

  • Damaged, defective, or altered product received
  • Product damaged in transit
  • Wrong or missing items/accessories
  • Product received is significantly different from the description

Important Notes:

  • Issues like “No longer needed” or “Ordered by mistake” are not eligible for return.
  • Customized/made-to-order products cannot be returned.
  • Quality issues caused by improper handling by customers are not covered.
  • Products marked “non-returnable” (e.g., electricals, safety gear, car-care items, etc.) are excluded.

Return Process

  • Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery via our customer support.
  • Provide product images along with packaging for faster processing.
  • Products must be unused, with original tags, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging intact.
  • Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 2–3 working days (where available).
  • In areas where pickup is not possible, customers may need to ship the product to us. Courier charges will be reimbursed (India Post only).

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned product passes our quality check.
  • Timeline depends on the payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets: 2–7 business days
    • NEFT/Bank Transfer: Customer must share account details; refund will be processed within 2 business days after verification.
    • EMI Payments: 6–8 business days after cancellation.

Other Terms

  • Products purchased during flash deals/clearance sales are not eligible for return.
  • Combo products cannot be returned individually.
  • In case of damaged/incomplete products, customers must provide an unboxing video as proof.
